Bridgett Badillo is a Sr. Residential Associate and Commercial Specialist with Houston Center Real Estate, specializing in Tenant and Buyer Representation services.
She has been in the industry for over 18 years. Her experience includes leasing and managing commercial assets throughout the Houston Area, specifically in the retail and office sectors. Her portfolio of transactions also includes multi-million dollar industrial and office purchases, medical buildings, along with land development opportunities for her clients.
Currently she manages the Skybridge real estate team. Skybridge focuses on helping new agents develop the skills and training to become multi-million dollar producers in the residential area. On the residential side, Bridgett has worked with numerous families, focusing on listings and luxury homes in the Greater Houston area. Bridgett is fluent in Spanish and is the host of the BIenes y Tus Raíces podcast, a bilingual podcast that serves the Hispanic community in resources and education.
Bridgett began her career as a residential agent for first time home buyers during her time as a student at the University of Houston. Upon Graduation, she was recruited as a tenant rep broker for R.M. Crowe and has since been in the real estate industry.
Bridgett is a native Houstonian who enjoys every minute outside of real estate with her two kids and husband. She also attends CDLF Church where she serves and is a current board member and director/liaison of the Riverside Fostering Ministry.

When Arnold flipped his first home in the late 90s, he knew it would be the beginning of a lifelong career. He entered the industry after working for the phone company. After earning his license in the early 2000s, he hit the ground running, and hasn't regretted it for a moment since.
Today, he is the president and broker of Coldwell Banker Universal, which consists of a growing number of agents and staff. While they are based in Houston, the team travels where their clients need them, going all over the state of Texas. The entirety of Arnold's business derives from repeats and referrals, as those who work with him are continually impressed by his ability to bring them profit. After seeing the value Arnold brings, buyers and sellers make him their go-to broker, returning to him for all their future real estate needs.
Speaking English and Spanish, he works with a wide range of clients in both the residential and commercial sectors. He utilizes his vast experience as an investor to guide his clients in the right direction, whether they're looking for a home or a building. Arnold finds it rewarding to serve his clients and watch them achieve their goals, especially those in the Hispanic community.
He remembers his entrance into the commercial side, when a seller was struggling to communicate with his potential buyers. When it comes to selling his listings, Arnold has a vast network of investors, which allows him to turn properties around in a quick manner. Completing millions in volume each year, there is no doubt that Arnold is going above and beyond to meet his clients' needs.
When Arnold isn't working, he loves to spend time with his family, including his wife and three boys. He also enjoys trying new wines and listening to music. But much of his time is dedicated to his clients and expanding his business, as the brokerage is in an exciting growth period.

Megan Cadena is a recent graduate from The University of Texas at Austin. She studied for a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering.
